Carbon dioxide emissions are sent through seawater to create a chalky carbonate byproduct. This cement substance is then mixed with aggregate and water to create concrete. For every ton of cement produced, two-fifths of a ton of carbon dioxide is stored. Nifty, eh?

Camel Conversions.
A very strong camel can carry 990 lb.  If one straw weighs 1.5 grams, how many straws can the camel carry without breaking his back? 990 lb x (453.6 g/1lb) = 449064 g 449064 g / 1.5 g = 299,376 straws Ok, now imagine 299,376 straws stacked on top of a camel. Kind of ridiculous.
